Kids Art

Exciting News….. LCCC’s Art Kit pick-up room has been made permanent programming!

Normally you can come in ANYTIME Wednesdays through Sundays, 10 to 5pm and pick up free DIY Art projects for kids and families (or anyone that wants to try one), but for the month of July and the first week of August, 2023 the Center is CLOSED for construction. ART KITS ARE STILL AVAILABLE for pick up at the DRIFTWOOD PUBLIC LIBRARY.

Each week our amazing art kit volunteers make new kits and usually the Art Kit room is stocked with about 8 different projects for a variety of ages and preferences. Each is labeled with contents, suggested age and suggested donation (optional).

LCCC started this program during the Covid19 lockdown of 2020 and to date has given out nearly 18,000 art kits throughout our community with the aim to keep our youth creative and give some art relief to families. We hope you enjoy this program.
