Lincoln City Cultural Center Board is comprised of a variety of community members, all of whom believe strongly in the mission to bring culture and diversity to Lincoln City. All of the Cultural Center’s activities and events have been made possible through the dedication and vision of our accomplished board.

Dorcas Holzapfel, PRESIDENT
Dorcas retired in January 2020 from her position as a Global Corporate Senior Account Executive withMarriott International.
After completing her education at the Rhode Island School of Design and University of Delaware, Dorcas embarked on a career in fine arts, graphic design, advertising and marketing. First as owner/operator of a fine arts gallery, graphics manager at OMSI and as Creative Director, GM, VP and EVP of a number of Portland’s top advertising and public relations firms prior to joining Marriott.
Dorcas currently also serves as President of the Cascade Head Ranch HOA where she and her husband, Alan, reside full time. They’ve been married for 42 years, with three grown sons and six grandchildren in Portland, Arizona and Japan.

Adrienne Greene, VICE PRESIDENT
Adrienne Greene brings extensive experience in Oregon politics and nonprofit advocacy. Her early experience in journalism led to her professional career in the field of injury and violence prevention, particularly in policy, legislation, program design, evaluation and grants management. She has served on multiple statewide and national organizations including the Governor’s Task Force for Traumatic Brain Injury, State Child Fatality Review Team, National Think First Foundation and Safe Kids Worldwide. Adrienne is a graduate of Taft High School, Whitman College, and Portland State University. Since retiring four years ago, she has become obsessed with fabrics and quilting.

Dennis Civiello, TREASURER
Since retiring to the Oregon Coast, Dennis Civiello has been an active member of the community. He has served on the board of the North Lincoln Hospital Foundation, and as a volunteer for Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital and the Court Appointed Special Advocates, as well as the Lincoln City Visitor Information Center (in the LCCC until July 2020). He is an avid golfer who follows the weather to Sun City, Ariz., each winter.

Binaya Dangol, SECRETARY
Binaya is the owner and chief technician at Desperate Hard Drives 2.0, a small business dedicated to computer repair, diagnostics, hardware and software installation. Lincoln City residents also know him through his experience as a chef at the Sun Garden Cafe, and through his interests in Nepalese culture and photography.

Greg Berton, MEMBER AT LARGE
Oregon native Greg Berton enjoyed a wide-ranging career as a professional musician, including many years with the San Diego Symphony. While there, he also served on the San Diego Symphony Board of Directors, the San Diego Symphony pension board and the board of the innovative Art of Elan San Diego. Since retiring to the Oregon Coast five years ago, Greg has served as president of the LCCC Board of Directors (2018-2020) and as a board member of the Siletz Bay Music Festival.

Niki Price, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A longtime resident of Lincoln City, Niki has been the director of the LCCC since 2011. She advocates for the arts across the state, as the vice-chair of the Oregon Cultural Trust board of directors, and locally, as the chair of both the Lincoln City Public Arts Committee and the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition. She earned a multi-disciplinary arts degree from the University of Arizona and a certificate in nonprofit management from Oregon State University. Niki believes that creative expression is a goal unto itself.
