Chair Yoga (Saturdays at 12pm): Chair Yoga makes it relatively easy to isolate which parts of the body participate in the movement, making it especially good for those recovering from injury or surgery. Feel energized yet relaxed with stretching and gentle strengthening. Each session includes special breathing techniques to reset the nervous system and a few moments of stillness.

Gentle Yoga (Wednesdays at 12pm): Participants will be guided in slow, gentle movements using breath and awareness for flexibility of body, mind and spirit. Standing poses along with floor postures will promote balance and soft strengthening. Each session concludes with special breathing techniques and a luxurious period of rest with therapeutic touch. Safe and appropriate for all levels.
