Melissa Caye
Melissa's slow power flow class on Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm is an all-level full-body session where you will build strength and flexibility while releasing tension and anxiety. This class includes affirmation suggestions, essential oils and healing touch/reiki.
On Thursdays at noon, Melissa teaches "Vinyasa + Restorative," which is 30 minutes of movement followed by 30 minutes of deep relaxation, enhanced by the use of essential oils, cranial massage, Reiki energy healing and tuning fork sound therapy.
