Jamie Gilbert

Yoga has been a place of refuge for me for over 20 years. Through physical injuries, emotional journeys, grief, heartache, I continue to come back to the practice of yoga. Both on and off the mat. We are invited to move with intention into spaces of our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. To join with others in this collective journey called life, we can explore our depths one breath at a time. One asana at a time. When I am not practicing or teaching yoga, I walk alongside people on their healing journeys. With a Master’s in Addiction Counseling, B.S. in Exercise Science, Functional Nutrition certification, E-RYT 200, and currently studying Shamanic healing practices, my yoga practice is influenced from many directions; while holding the practice sacred and upholding the roots taught to me. I am a constant learner and would love for you to join me in learning this path called life.
