Tuesday, January 21 | Tone & Tighten Tuesdays With Becca Blue

A just-right workshop, at a just right time, Tuesday evenings at 5:30 in the Dance Studio. Get leaner arms, firmer abs and a nice lifted butt, plus increased flexibility. Kimberly Ota operates the Lincoln City Clay Studio, in the lower level (Studio 3) of the LCCC, with ceramics workstations, rollers, wheels and kilns. Adult Clay Night with Open Studio is held on Tuesdays from 6-8:30 pm, $90 plus materials for an eight-week session. Open studio time, private instruction and special events are available. This group meets every Monday, to lose weight and be healthy in a fun and caring way. Weigh-in set for 5 pm, class from 5:30 to 6:15 pm. Open to anyone struggling with weight issues. No pressure!
