This course is designed for yogis with some experience or advanced, with an Exertion Level of 3-4, A Good Bike Ride to a Brisk Jog). Nora is a retired Irish dance champ and musician who enjoys sharing her love of the dance and the music that accompanies it. Monday, December 16 | Encouraging Healthy Weighs

This group meets every Monday, to lose weight and be healthy in a fun and caring way. Weigh-in set for 5 pm, class from 5:15 to 6:15 pm. Open to anyone struggling with weight issues. No pressure! A just-right workshop, at a just right time, Tuesday evenings at 5:30 in the Dance Studio. Get leaner arms, firmer abs and a nice lifted butt, plus increased flexibility. Tuesday, December 17 | Adult Clay Night with Open Studio

Kimberly Ota operates the Lincoln City Clay Studio, in the lower level (Studio 3) of the LCCC, with ceramics workstations, rollers, wheels and kilns. Adult Clay Night with Open Studio is held on Tuesdays from 6-8:30 pm, $90 plus materials for an eight-week session. Open studio time, private instruction and special events are available. Tuesday, December 17 | Tuesday Night Clay

Tuesday is Ceramics Night in Studio 3, in the lower level of the LCCC. At this time, it’s only open to returning students, 6-8:30 pm, $90 per session plus materials.
