Did you know?

Our fine art gallery is named after Phyllis (P.J.) Cary Chessman, one of the founders of the Lincoln City Cultural Center. Her parents were the first to develop homesites in Gleneden Beach — in fact, the community named for Phyllis’ sister, Glen Cary Harper.

The Delake School, home to the LCCC, is one of the oldest buildings in Lincoln City. The central entrance and classrooms were built in 1929, with expansions in 1931 and 1957.

The Cultural Center is home to the only public ceramics studio in north Lincoln County. Overseen by Jen Donnell, our studio has wheels, rollers, glazes, tools and three programmable electric Skutt kilns.
