LCCC Summer Art Camp

Calling young artists! This ART Day Camp is designed to keep kids busy with artistic activities that develop their creativity, curiosity and problem solving skills. The day will be broken up into 5 parts. Mornings will start with multiple table activities and crafts so that campers can choose what they want to start off doing. Then, we will work on a permanent mural on a wall by the auditorium entrance and outside on the sidewalk. Lunchtime will be from 12:00 to 12:30. Each day we will work on developing a story and illustration to make a book about how the new Pete Beeman sculpture arrived at LCCC. We will have an afternoon outside game time, and the final hour will be devoted to the making of an Outdoor Nature Museum. Reserve your young artist’s spot now, only 16 spots available!

For ages: 7 through 12 years old 

Fee: Camp fee= $85 per youth, plus $15 materials fee 

Total: $100 per camper per week (scholarships available) 

Required: Campers need to bring packed lunches, raincoats and boots (just in case)
