Studies have found that Tai Chi can improve balance, strength and mobility, and substantially decrease the risk of falls in older adults. Join instructor Thea J. DeFeyter for this class in Tai Chi 8, 10, 24 Yang Forms, and Medical Qi Gong for immune system, lung and heart health. Offered from 1 to 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Feb. 21.
