PiYo is a high-intensity, low-impact workout inspired by pilates and yoga. Expect yoga-ish poses (minus the attention span), fun music, constant movement and substandard jokes. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a mat and water. Experienced/advanced students meet on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm, while first-time participants are encouraged to start with the modified class on Thursdays at 5:30 pm (you can even come 10 minutes for some helpful tips). Drop in for $8, or get 10 classes for $65. Or, get one month unlimited classes for $25. Credit cards accepted.
