Yoga Teachers

Melissa Caye

Melissa's slow power flow class is an all-level full-body session where you will build strength and flexibility while releasing tension and anxiety.  This class includes affirmation suggestions, essential oils and healing touch/reiki.

Sallie Inman

These sessions are appropriate and safe for beginners.  Chair Yoga makes it relatively easy to isolate which parts of the body participate in the movement, making it especially good for those recovering from injury or surgery.  Feel energized yet relaxed with stretching and gentle strengthening.  Each session includes special breathing techniques to reset the nervous system and a few moments of stillness.

Hannah Smith

Move. Breath. Rest. Hannah invites you to join in a strong and playful all levels vinyasa flow class. Guided with curiosity and joy, come as you are to find your expression of challenge and ease as we find a flow state and create a moving meditation togather.

Reanna Shaw

Reanna teaches Vinyasa Yoga with the goal of leaving students feeling energized yet relaxed. Slowly flow: draw your focus to syncing your movement with your breath, practice releasing your expectations and your attachments, and embrace challenges when they feel beneficial to you. Reanna looks forward to seeing all levels of students come together in her classes.

Christina LeFever

Christina's 28 years of practice and study is deeply influenced by Hatha, Iyengar and Anusara yoga. She focuses on alignment and bio-mechanics along with keeping the flow playful and ripe for self- discovery. Come join in community and deeply connect with yourself through asana, breathwork and meditation.

Brady Jansen

Brady is a practitioner of ashtanga yoga, which influences the deliberate pacing and focus on breath in her vinyasa classes. This class is strenuous, yet suitable for all people interested in practicing yoga. If any questions arise, just ask! Brady loves questions.

Dawn Beyer

A playful dance between breath and movement. A fluid class working on building strength, flexibility and balance.

Katia Kyte

Everyone can benefit from yoga. Whether your goal is stress reduction, mood stability, increased strength, flexibility, or weight loss, with the right guidance/teacher, all of this is possible.

Laura Cranston

Laura focuses on a whole body yoga practice that concentrates on flexibility, balance and strength.
